We are currently maintaining our normal business hours (M-F, 8 AM - 4:30PM PDT). Welcome to the USC Endocrine Services Laboratory
The USC Endocrine Services Laboratory specializes in laboratory support for thyroid cancer patients, whilst providing nationwide research-quality thyroid testing services. Because we strongly believe that the patient’s interests are of primary importance, our mission has always been to help our clients integrate new methodologies and state-of-the-art research concepts into their clinical practice.
We offer a number of unique services for our thyroid cancer patients, including:

Serum Thyroglobulin (Tg) measurement by two methods (Tg IMA is used for Tg Antibody-negative sera; Tg RIA is used for Tg Antibody-positive sera and/or in cases where Tg IMA shows discordant results.)

Permanent archiving of unused sera from Thyroglobulin (Tg) measurements.

Concurrent Tg remeasurement of archived specimens when requested by the physician.
Our facility houses state-of-the-art instrumentation that allows us to perform routine clinical thyroid testing while simultaneously conducting on-going research into the development of new technologies. Another focus of our research encompasses validation and comparison studies of current methodologies.
Our services are ultimately defined according to the needs of our client whether that client is a physician, hospital, clinic, reference lab, individual patient, or other medical service provider.
